Pune metro is managed by Maharastra Metro Rail Corporation.As of now 2025 there are two metro lines in operation.
  • Purple line (PCMC- Swargate)
  • Aqua Line (Vanaz-Ramwadi)
These two lines connect Easy,South and North region of pune has connected.

Pune Metro Map Highlight 

Purple line - this line starts from PCMC and ends at Swargate.This line connects Central and business area of Pune.
Aqua Line - this line starts from Vanaz and Ends at Ramawadi and connects residential and commercial areas of pune.
These two lines of pune metro Intersect at common station Civil court where passengers can interchange metro line from purple to aqua and vice versa.

  • Ramwadi-Important and end station of Eastern Pune

Pune metro is planning to connect other parts of pune city by metro line.Now connectivity of Shivajnagar and pune It hub Hinjawadi will be starts by then end of March 2026. it will be line-3 of pune metro and it is almost 80 percent complete as of now august 2025.
